The founder of 3HO, Yogi Bhajan came to the west in the late 60's sharing the

ancient science of Kundalini Yoga and the lifestyle of Sikh Dharma with all who came to learn. The foundation of his teachings is meditating upon and chanting sacred sound (the Shabd Guru) which cuts through insecurities, elevates consciousness and connects one with their inner truth. He spoke of the New Age, The Age of Aquarius, where all people would know the truth, where all people would live from their own experience of the soul, and we would live to serve each other, recognizing ourselves in the other.

With 3HO Vancouver, we carry on his mission in sharing these technologies and providing an opportunity for people of all ages, genders and faiths to come together and discover the divinity, courage, grace and power that lie within.

After 16 years of renting land on the Sunshine Coast for summer camps and retreats, the community in Vancouver is excited to finally start a vibrant home in the heart of nature. We look forward to working together to create a Sacred place where all people can come to be inspired, nurtured and connected to the spirit of the One; a place that will serve as a hub for healing and love on this planet for years to come.
